Shipping and Returns

We aim to provide a great experience every time, but even we can experience the off day occasionally. The best way to guarantee a great experience is to review our shipping guidelines and keep them in mind when placing orders.

Shipping Accuracy 

We do our best to ensure the accuracy of every order that is shipped out. Please check the accuracy of your order upon receipt.

Our delivery guarantee extends only to correctly addressed orders. We cannot guarantee the condition of the package if the delivery service has to reroute. We guarantee delivery only to the provided address confirmed on the order acknowledgement.


Business Days: Mondays - Fridays excluding Public Holidays 

Order pick-ups are consolidated and arranged at 10am for pick-up by JANIO in the afternoon every business day. 
Orders placed before 10am will be arranged for pick-up by JANIO on the same business day. 
Orders placed after 10am will be arranged for pick-up by JANIO on the following business day. 
For exampleIf you placed an order at 9:30am on Monday, your order will be arranged for pick-up by JANIO on the same day. 
If you placed an order at 1pm on Monday, your order will be arranged for pick-up by JANIO on Tuesday. 
Please take note that there will be no pick-ups arranged on Public Holidays as our office will be closed. 
JANIO will usually consolidate orders at the warehouse on the day of pick-up Pick-ups are usually punctual should there be no order surge on their side. Deliveries will usually be made the following business day should there be no order surge on their side.To avoid disappointment in late deliveries, kindly place your order at least 3 business days in advance.

No P.O. Unfortunately we are unable to ship to PO Boxes, APO, FPO, DPO or International addresses currently.

Refunds and Replacements 

Due to the perishable nature of our product, we do not accept returns. Any errors or damaged items must be reported to us within 5 days of receipt of your order. Please, save your shipping box and packaging because it will need to be inspected by the carrier. 

In the event you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you must contact us within 7 days from receiving your order. We reserve the right to limit refunds and replacements, and we can only offer one replacement per consumer.

Ordering Policy For security purposes we do not accept order information via email.

Cancellation policy or change of order Any change in order including cancellations must be communicated to us before 1pm ET the same business day. If outside of this timeline, we cannot guarantee the change or cancellation.

Handling and Freshness
All products shipped from Huamao Agencies are shipped directly from our distribution warehouse.
